CAT upholds £2.8m fine for Accord and Auden Mckenzie for illegal market sharing

Accord-UK and Auden Mckenzie have lost their appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal to overturn a £2.8 million fine for illegal market sharing relating to hydrocortisone 20mg tablets.
