The average age of the population of the UK is increasing, and it is estimated that by 2040 one in seven people will be over 75.¹ Due to this, chronic conditions and having more than one long-term condition or cognitive impairment will be more common.¹ Therefore, as customers age, they may be looking for advice and support to manage their wellbeing.
